About Farm and Fun Homestead
What We Do
Farm and Fun Homestead is a small homestead in Eastern Iowa on our small property of less that an acre. Some of the things we do are, hatch baby egg layer chicks, raise Egg layer chickens for eggs, raise meat chickens for meat, raise meat rabbits for meat, we also have a large garden and a self serve honor system farm stand, where we sell fresh eggs and produce from the garden.
Our Layer Hens and Eggs
Our layer hens live a happy free range natural life, foraging for insects, getting plenty of sun, and eating grass making their eggs all the more nutritious and delicious. In addition we also supplement with a non gmo layer feed from our local feed mill. We also have multiple breeds of hens that produce a beautiful variety of different colored eggs.
